Bahais arrested in Uzbekistan for deceptively preaching and converting children and Junior Youth

The Security department of Government of Uzbekistan, while on routine check, arrested 20 Bahais for preaching The Bahai Faith to children and junior youth below 16 years. These children from different cities were taken to the Bahai centre in the name of moral teachings without the consent of their parents. The children were then taken to a Rehabilitation Centre from where they were handed to their parents. The Police recorded the whole proceedings in a camera. Recently the CIS countries are tightening the grip on this very deceptive sect whom they accuse of having links with Israel and destroying the moral fabric of the society. The Christian priests have also objected to their deceptive propaganda and warned them to not to impart any so called moral teachings to Christian children.

Bahai Faith is Hypocrisy Personified

The Baha’i faith as it stands today faces a challenge of becoming irrelevant to the sayings of Baha’u’llah and Abdul Baha. Having failed to attract converts and not getting acceptance from the world society, the Baha’i Faith today is trying to serve itself as a religion in terms of writing OPEN LETTERS (as against Holy writings!!) that have no bearing whatsoever on the targeted people.

Very recently we heard about a petition made by 31 Imminent Indians to the Government of Iran, on another occasion we heard that Baha’is wrote an irrelevant letter to the people of Egypt. There was again an ‘Open letter’ in the Wall Street Journal republished Dr. Kishan Manocha, Director of the Office of External Affairs of the Bahá’í community of the UK. The document, dated 7th December and addressed to Ayatollah Mohammad Sadeq Larijani, stating the injustices meted out to Iranian Baha’is. Many more open letters must be in the pipe line.

Caste System in Baha’i Faith

Caste System in Bahai Faith

Caste System in Bahai Faith

Currently, the Baha’is think of humanity as being divided into a few official groups or castes. I have organized them in a list from “best” to “worst” based on how many rights they would have in a future Baha’i world order:

1. Baha’i in good standing

2. Baha’i with administrative rights removed

3. non-Baha’i

4. Covenant-breaker

If you include more subtle gradations, which may possibly acquire a greater degree of official status in the future, the list would look like this…

1. Baha’i in good standing, active

2. Baha’i in good standing, inactive

3. Baha’i with some administrative rights removed

4. Baha’i with all administrative rights removed (Feast attendance, voting, eligibility for election, contribution to Funds, contribution to Huququ’llah, plus anything I’m forgetting to mention)

Bahai Faith in Israel: An Insider’s View

The Baha’i administration claims there is no resident Baha’i population in Israel. The 650-700 Baha’is who can be found here at any given time are all volunteers who have come from some 85 countries to do service for periods ranging from a few months to a few years. The Baha’is who live here as tourists or temporary residents do not engage in any form of missionary activity. Some people erroneously believe that this is in accordance with the country’s anti-missionary laws, but in fact it is a self-imposed Baha’i prohibition against seeking or accepting new believers into the Baha’i faith in the Holy Land that dates back to the time when the country was still under Ottoman rule.

No one knows why. It is one of several inexplicable Baha’i regulations (Read more about this regulation).

It is a well known fact that according to a letter of Universal House of Justice1 the Baha’i s are not suppose to teach and convert the Jew population in Israel. Infact if a Jew outside Israel wants to accept Baha’i Faith and settle in Israel, then his declaration card is not to be accepted.

A Response to prominent Indians sign petition against Iran

The petition written by Baha’is and signed by prominent Indians can be found here

http://www.bahai.in/news/national-news-of-the-bahais-of-india/petition-to-the-iranian-government-for-immediate-release-of-the-staff-and-faculty-of-the-bahai-institute-of-higher-education.html

Here is a response to it by Mr. Manish Desai
It is pretty immature on the part of 86 Indians Petition to the Iranian Government for immediate release of the staff and faculty of the Bahá’í Institute of Higher Education.. As most of these eminent personalities are highly educated – some even authorities on law – it would have been appropriate that they should have verified the facts before making a petition. Has anyone of these personalities checked with the Government of Iran? Are petitions to be signed purely on single side of the story? On whose influence are signatures taken? Do these personalities know that the Government of India cannot support a resolution which is country specific?

Who created the sects in Bahai Faith?

Here is a letter published by the Orthodox Bahai Council of India which claims to be the true representative of Bahaullah and trashes the majority Bahai sect. Are the Bahais blind that they cannot see all of this and yet they claim to be the ones who will bring unity in this world? What a joke! Instead of trying to bring unity in this world, why don’t the Bahais try to bring unity about the 16 or 18 sects of the Bahai Faith? That could as well be the best thing the Bahais would have achieved!

–Letter starts here–

Dr. A. Parikh
Secretary of the National (Orthodox) Bahai Council of India

My Dear Bahá’í Friends!

Some of the friends enquire as to why the Divine Cause (Bahá’í Faith) has become divided into different sects?  What are the factors behind it?   Who is responsible for this division?

It is well understood why such questions should come to mind.  But it is sad that there is no discussion on such questions nor do we investigate the answers to such questions. While ‘Abdu’l-Bahá insisted that:

Persecution of Bahais – Sign of Truth?

Visit any Bahai website and you will find a mention of “Persecution of Bahais”. While I condemn any kind of persecution, I believe we should not accept any claim at its face value. Moreso, if it comes from the Bahais. (Please read: Advancing the Status of Women and other articles).

Before we delve further, it would be very important to note, this discussion has very little to do with the Bahai Faith. This discussion is more for social interest than religious significance. Simply because being persecuted or not is not a proof for establishing the truthfulness of the claimant or the veracity of the claim.

To explain this further, if being persecuted was a characteristic of a Prophet, every executed traitor would become a Manifestation of God. This would become an established methodology of recognising a Prophet.

Message to Bahai Youth of Malaysia – Must See

While doing research for BahaiAwareness.com, I came across this Blog which I think should be read by Muslims and by Bahais. The blog which I am referring to is http://formerbahai.blogspot.com and as the name will show is authored by a former Bahai who has since long  reverted back to Islam.

In this blog, my friend reveals amongst other things, what caused him to be disillusioned by the Bahai Faith and what contradictions he saw in the Faith.

My intention is not to reproduce the entire blog here – however from time to time, I may choose articles to highlight in The Bahai Insider. For now, I leave you with his general message to the Bahai Youth of Malaysia.
